Trust, shown at every step.

Hospitals let a stranger onto a ward. Staff walk into a hospital they may not know. HospiLink is built so both can check, not just hope.

Staff app · illustration with sample data

Verified before they see a single duty.

Staff upload their documents once. Identity is checked through Aadhaar with IDfy, and medical registration, degree and licence are checked where the role needs them.

Role is a hard filter. A request for an ICU nurse reaches verified ICU nurses and no one else.

  • Pending

    Uploaded, not checked yet

The document is in, and nobody has looked at it yet.

  • Review

    Manual review

A person on the HospiLink team is checking it.

  • Auto

    Auto-verified

    Matched automatically against the source.

  • Verified

    Checked and accepted

The document passed. It counts toward the verified profile every hospital sees.

  • Rejected

    Didn't pass the check

Upload it again or contact support.

The duty only starts when both checks pass.

The start code and the geofence are checked together. Either one alone isn't enough.

  1. Within 100 mMeasured against the hospital's pinned location.
  2. Start code from the deskRequested from 15 minutes before the start. It goes to the hospital, who read it out.
  3. Duty startedOnly with both: the right person, at the right place. The end code later closes it the same way.

Reliability shows up where it should.

Ratings, blocks and reports, for both sides.

  • Fair reviews

Every completed duty is rated by both sides. Reviews appear once both have reviewed, or 14 days after the duty, so nobody rates in reply.

  • No-shows count

Staff can cancel up to 30 minutes before a start. Later than that, or not turning up, counts against their rating.

  • Block anyone

A hospital can block a staff member, and staff can block a hospital.

  • Report users or reviews

Reports go to the HospiLink team to look into.

When something goes wrong, there is a clock on it.

Raise a ticket from the duty and follow it to a decision. A duty waiting for its end code is not a dispute: that's pending confirmation, and HospiLink follows it up separately.

Can a hospital see where I am when I'm not on a duty?

No. Before you're assigned, hospitals see your area, city and distance, not your exact position or street address. Your live position is shared only with the hospital whose duty you've accepted, only from when you accept it until it ends, and only while the app is open.

What counts against a rating?

Hospitals and staff rate each other after each duty. No-shows and cancellations in the last 30 minutes before a start count against a staff member's rating.

Is pending confirmation a dispute?

No. It means the hospital hasn't entered the end code yet. HospiLink follows it up so the duty can be closed. It is handled separately from disputes.

How do I block or report someone?

Both hospitals and staff can block someone or report a user or a review from the app. Reports go to the HospiLink team to look into.

Who do I complain to about my data?

Our Grievance Officer, Dr. Sumit Thombre, at support@hospilink.in. We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can go to the Data Protection Board of India.
