Cover a duty before the ward notices.
Post a duty in a few taps. Verified staff in that exact role see it at once, the first to accept is on the way, and your desk decides when it starts and when it ends.
Who, when, and what it pays. That is the form.
Four fields and two switches. Everything else, from who sees it to when it starts, follows from them.
Role is a hard filter
An ICU nurse duty reaches verified ICU nurses and no one else. Pick the exact role and the duty only goes to people verified for it.
One clear total
You set the total for the duty. Staff see it before they accept, so nothing is renegotiated at the door.
Simple rules
A duty is at least 3 hours long, and its total is between ₹499 and ₹9,999.
People you trust first
Invite staff who have covered for you before. They get a 30-minute window to accept before anyone else sees it.
The right people, in the right order.
No group forwards and no calling round. The offer goes out on a clock you can read, and stops the moment someone accepts.
How emergency requests work30 min
A 30-minute window
Invite people you have worked with. They get 30 minutes to accept.
10 min
A 10-minute head start
Staff who have marked themselves available see it 10 minutes early.
30 → 75 km
Everyone verified within reach
Then it opens to verified staff within 30 km, widening 5 km every hour up to 75 km.
City-wide
Straight to the whole city
An emergency request goes city-wide at once.
From accepted to on the ward.
Once someone accepts, you see their verified profile, rating, phone number and email, and you can follow them to your door on the map.
- Live position from acceptance to sign-off only. Shared while their app is open, never in the background.
- Start code from your desk. From 15 minutes before the start, they ask for it at the desk. It goes to your team, who read it out.
- Inside 100 m or it doesn't start. The code and the geofence are checked together.
- Late cancellations count. Staff can cancel up to 30 minutes before the start; after that it is a no-show on their record.
Your desk closes the duty. Nobody else can.
Every duty ends on the record, with the end time your team confirmed and a rating from both sides.
End code
Entered by your desk
At the end the staff member gets an end code by SMS and reads it to your desk. Your team enters it, and the end time on the record is the one your team confirmed.
Pending
Forgot to enter it?
The duty waits in pending confirmation and HospiLink follows it up with you. It is not treated as a dispute.
Ratings
Both ways, every duty
You rate the staff member and they rate you. No-shows and late cancellations count against a staff member's rating.
14 days
Disputes with a deadline
Raise a ticket from the duty. Duty disputes are decided within 14 days, with written reasons.
See the week before it sees you.
The duty calendar shows every duty you have posted, day by day, and how many are filled. Spot the gaps early, post straight from the day, and invite the people who covered for you last time.
- Favourites you can invite first, with a 30-minute window to accept.
- Fill progress for each day at a glance.

Who decides what a duty pays?
You do. You set the total when you post. It has to be between ₹499 and ₹9,999, and a duty is at least 3 hours. Staff see the total before they accept.
Who can see my duty?
Only verified staff in the exact role you asked for. It reaches those within 30 km first, then widens by 5 km an hour up to 75 km. Staff you invite get a 30-minute window to accept, and staff who have marked themselves available get a 10-minute head start.
What if nobody accepts?
The offer keeps widening on its own up to 75 km, and unfilled duties can be re-posted automatically. If it can't wait, raise it as an emergency request, which reaches staff across the city at once.
How do we start and close a duty?
When the staff member arrives, they ask your duty desk for a start code; it goes to your team, and they read it out. The duty only starts if they are within 100 m of your hospital. At the end they get an end code by SMS and read it to your desk; your team enters it to close the duty.
What happens if we forget to enter the end code?
The duty waits in pending confirmation. That is not a dispute: HospiLink follows it up with you so the record can be closed.
What does HospiLink cost a hospital?
Nothing today. HospiLink does not currently charge hospitals a fee, and payments don't run through the app: the staff member is paid the total shown for the duty. If that changes, we'll tell you in writing first.
Can we hire permanent staff too?
Yes. Post a permanent vacancy, review applicants, offer interview slots with a Google Meet link, and send an offer, all from the same account. See vacancies.
