The basics.

What is HospiLink?

HospiLink is a healthcare staffing platform. Hospitals post short duties and permanent vacancies; verified doctors, nurses and clinical staff nearby take the duties or apply for the vacancies. It is run by Hospilink Private Limited from Pune.

Who runs HospiLink?

Hospilink Private Limited, a Pune company. Its directors are Dr. Sumit Thombre and Dr. Vishvas Koul.

Where does HospiLink work?

We are starting in Pune. Mumbai is next, then the rest of India.

What's the difference between a duty and a vacancy?

A duty is a short shift, for example a night RMO or twelve hours of ICU nursing. A vacancy is a permanent role at a hospital, with an application, an interview and an offer.

Which roles are on HospiLink?

Doctors (including RMOs, DMOs, intensivists, emergency doctors, anaesthetists and specialists), nurses (ward, ICU, emergency, OT, dialysis, NICU/PICU), technicians (lab, radiology, OT, dialysis, cath lab, ICU), biomedical engineers, pharmacists, patient-support staff and hospital administration roles.

For hospitals.

How do I register my hospital?

Sign up on the HospiLink web app with a hospital account, then complete your hospital profile, including your location pinned on the map.

What does HospiLink cost a hospital?

Nothing today. HospiLink does not currently charge hospitals a fee, and payments don't run through the app: the staff member is paid the total shown for the duty. If that changes, we'll tell you in writing first.

How quickly does a duty reach staff?

The moment you post it. The offer goes to verified staff in that role within 30 km of your hospital, and widens by 5 km every hour up to 75 km if nobody has accepted.

What if I need someone right now?

Raise an emergency request. It reaches verified staff across the city at once instead of widening hour by hour.

Can I ask for people who have worked with us before?

Yes. Invite staff you trust. They get a 30-minute window to accept before the duty goes to anyone else.

Are there limits on duty length and total?

Duties are at least 3 hours long, and the total for a duty has to be between ₹499 and ₹9,999.

How do I know the right person turned up?

A duty only starts when the staff member is within 100 m of your hospital and enters the start code your duty desk reads out to them. At the end, your desk enters the end code from their phone to close the duty.

For doctors, nurses and staff.

How do I start taking duties?

Create your staff account, then upload your documents and get verified. Once your documents are verified, duties near you start to appear.

What do I need to get verified?

Your Aadhaar for the identity check, and your medical registration, degree and licence where your role needs them. Uploads can be photos or PDFs.

Will I see the total before I accept?

Yes. Every offer shows the total for the duty, the hours, the hospital and the distance before you accept.

Can I cancel a duty I accepted?

Yes, up to 30 minutes before it starts. Cancelling later than that, or not turning up, counts as a no-show and affects your rating.

How do I start and end a duty?

From 15 minutes before the start, ask for your start code at the hospital. It goes to the duty desk, who read it out to you; you need to be within 100 m. At the end you get an end code by SMS and read it to the desk, who enter it to close the duty.

Is HospiLink tracking my location all the time?

No. Location is used only while the app is open: to show you duties nearby and, from when you accept a duty until it ends, to share your position with that hospital until the duty ends. There is no background tracking.

Is the app on iPhone?

Yes. The staff app is on both Android and iPhone. Hospitals use the web app in a browser.

Permanent vacancies.

How do I apply for a vacancy?

Browse permanent vacancies, then apply in the app with your verified profile and résumé.

How will I know where my application is?

In the app, it moves through: application sent, being reviewed, shortlisted, pick an interview time, interview scheduled, offer received and hired. It can also end as not selected, or you can withdraw it.

How do interviews happen?

The hospital offers interview slots, you pick one, and the interview takes place on a Google Meet link the hospital sends you.

Can my hospital post a vacancy?

Yes. Registered hospitals post vacancies from the hospital web app and manage applicants and interviews there.

Trust and privacy.

How are staff verified?

Identity is checked through Aadhaar with our verification provider, IDfy. Medical registration, degree and licence are checked where the role needs them. Only verified staff are shown duties.

What happens if something goes wrong on a duty?

Start with the in-app help chat (English, Hindi or Marathi), then raise a ticket if needed. Duty disputes are decided within 14 days, with written reasons.

Can I block or report someone?

Yes. Hospitals and staff can both block or report anyone they have dealt with on HospiLink.

Does HospiLink handle payments?

Not inside the app yet. Every duty shows its total before anyone accepts it. For how payment works for your hospital, call or write to us.

How is my data handled?

We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Read the full privacy policy.

Your account.

How do I delete my account?

In the app (Profile, then Account settings, then Delete account) or at hospilink.in/delete-account. Your personal data is removed 7 days after the request.

Can I change my mind after asking to delete?

Yes. Signing in during those 7 days cancels the deletion.

Who do I complain to?

Our Grievance Officer, Dr. Sumit Thombre, at support@hospilink.in. We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days.
