Why we built it.

When a nurse calls in sick or a night RMO drops out, most hospitals still fill the gap the old way: phone calls, WhatsApp forwards, a favour from someone's friend. The person who turns up may be great. Nobody has checked.

HospiLink replaces that with one loop. A hospital posts a duty. It reaches verified staff in that exact role, nearest first. The first to accept gets it. The duty starts only when they're at the hospital with a code from the duty desk, and it ends only when the hospital enters their end code. Then both sides rate each other.

The same verified profiles work for permanent hiring too, so a hospital can find its next full-time RMO the same way it found tonight's.

  • Show the mechanism, not adjectives

    The offer radius, the start code and the 100 m geofence are the product. We would rather show you how a duty is checked than tell you it's trustworthy.

  • Trust is shown, not claimed

    Verification statuses, ratings both ways, and a named company with named directors and real phone numbers. Everything you'd want to check before letting a stranger onto a ward.

  • Never fake it

    No invented numbers on this site and no made-up testimonials. If something isn't built yet, like in-app payments, we say so.

  • Strict where it matters, easy everywhere else

    The checks at the door can't be skipped. Everything around them, from posting a duty to accepting one, should take a few taps.
