Get verified once. Every hospital sees it.

Upload your documents in the app. Once they're checked, every hospital you work with sees the same verified profile, so you never send copies over WhatsApp again.

  • Aadhaar, checked through IDfy.
  • Medical registration, your council registration number.
  • Degree and licence, where your role needs them.

Every document shows where it is:

One night duty, start to finish.

This is what a duty looks like from your phone. The checks are strict on purpose: they're what makes a hospital trust a stranger at the door.

Times are an example

  1. 7:10 PM

    An offer arrives

You see the role, the hospital, the hours, the total for the duty and how far it is. Nothing is hidden until after you accept.

  2. 7:12 PM

    Accept in one tap

The first to accept gets it. The hospital now sees your verified profile and can follow you on the map while your app is open.

  3. 7:45 PM

    Ask for your start code

From 15 minutes before the start, ask the duty desk. The code goes to them and they read it out. You need to be within 100 m of the hospital.

  4. 8:00 PM

    On duty

Enter the six-digit code and the duty starts. Your location is shared with this hospital only, for this duty only.

  5. 8:00 AM

    Get your end code

Request your end code. It comes to your phone by SMS. Read it to the duty desk and they enter it to close the duty.

  6. 8:05 AM

Rate, and see it on your record

Rate the hospital. The duty and its total show in your completed duties, duty by duty.

Start and end at the desk.

Two codes, both handled by the hospital's duty desk. That is how both sides know the duty really started and really ended.

  • Start code. Ask from 15 minutes before the start. The desk reads it out, and it only works within 100 m of the hospital.
  • End code. It comes to your phone by SMS. Read it to the desk; they enter it to close the duty.
  • Cancel up to 30 minutes before the start. Later than that, or not turning up, counts as a no-show.

See the total before you go. See it again when you're done.

Every offer shows the total for the duty and the hours. Afterwards, your completed duties list what each one paid, and your rating grows with every duty you turn up for.

  • Rate both ways. You rate the hospital, they rate you.
  • Fair reviews. A review is shown once both sides have reviewed, or 14 days after the duty.
  • Your call. Block a hospital you don't want offers from, or report a problem.

Your location stays yours.

Exactly what is shared, with whom, and when. More on trust and safety.

  • Only while the app is open

Location is used to show you duties nearby and, from when you accept a duty until it ends, to share your position with that hospital. There is no background tracking.

  • Before you accept

Hospitals see your area, city and distance, not your exact position or street address.

  • During your duty

Only the hospital whose duty you accepted sees where you are, and only until the duty ends.

  • Help in your language

Ask the help chat in English, Hindi or Marathi. If something goes wrong on a duty, raise a ticket from the duty itself and follow it to a written decision.

Questions staff ask.

More in the guides and the full FAQ.

Who can sign up?

Doctors (including RMOs and DMOs), nurses, technicians, pharmacists, and patient-support and hospital staff. You choose your role when you sign up, and duties are matched to it.

What do I need to get verified?

Your Aadhaar, checked through IDfy, and the documents your role needs: medical registration, degree and licence. Each document shows its status: pending, manual review, auto-verified, verified or rejected.

Can I cancel a duty I've accepted?

Yes, up to 30 minutes before it starts. Cancelling later than that, or not turning up, counts as a no-show and affects your rating.

Does HospiLink track my location all the time?

No. Location is used only while the app is open: to show you duties nearby, and from when you accept a duty until it ends, to share your position with that hospital until it ends. There is no background tracking.

How do I get paid?

Every duty shows its total before you accept, and your completed duties list what each one paid. Payment doesn't run through the app yet; for any question about it, write to support@hospilink.in.

Can I apply for permanent vacancies too?

Yes. Permanent vacancies are in the same app. Apply with your verified profile and résumé, pick an interview time, and follow the application to the offer. Browse vacancies.
